Shipping Policy

Mingchehui ships automotive parts and accessories within [the United States / selected countries]. Shipping times and costs vary depending on product size, weight, destination, inventory location, and carrier availability.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Some products may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or third-party warehouses. Special-order, pre-order, custom, painted, carbon fiber, fiberglass, oversized, or freight items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for oversized items. Large automotive parts such as bumpers, body kits, hoods, fenders, diffusers, side skirts, lips, spoilers, and exhaust systems may require oversized or freight shipping.

Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote areas, residential freight delivery, liftgate service, or address changes.

Freight and Oversized Deliveries

Large body parts and oversized items may ship by freight truck. Customers are responsible for providing a valid phone number and delivery address.

Before signing for a freight delivery, inspect the package carefully. If the package is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos.

Do not discard packaging until the item has been fully inspected.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be reported within [48 hours / 2 business days] of delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage are required.

Claims may be denied if damage is reported late, packaging is discarded, or the item has been installed, painted, modified, or altered.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or rerouted due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first and then notify us. We will assist with the carrier investigation, but we are not responsible for theft, incorrect delivery locations, or packages lost due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.

Delayed Shipments

If we cannot ship your order within the stated or expected timeframe, we will notify you and provide options when required, which may include waiting for the item, choosing an alternative product, or cancelling the order for a refund.
